Copyright, DMCA and takedowns

Free AI Video stores user-submitted reference images and generated videos. If you believe content accessible through this service infringes your copyright, send a specific report to the contact address below. Do not send a copyright complaint merely because you dislike a result.
Sending a copyright notice
Identify the protected work and the exact content or file link you are reporting. Include:
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email, plus a signature, typed or handwritten, from the rightsholder or authorized representative.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work and the URL needed to locate the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you reasonably believe the use has no permission from the rightsholder, its representative or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the report is accurate and you own the relevant right or are authorized to act for its owner.
We answer within 5 business days and review sufficiently detailed reports. We may restrict access to the identified material and notify the affected user. A complaint and the contact information needed to handle it may be shared with that user.
Challenging a removal
If you believe material was removed through mistake or misidentification, a DMCA counter-notice should identify the material and its former location, include your signature, name, postal address and telephone number, and provide:
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the U.S. federal district court for the district of your address, or, if you are outside the United States, a district where the service provider may be found; and agreement to accept service of court documents from the complainant or its representative.
A valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the complainant. Where the statutory DMCA procedure applies, material may be restored 10–14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice of a filed court action. A counter-notice does not override other grounds for restricting content.
Repeated infringement and other reports
Accounts subject to repeated valid infringement notices may be terminated. For privacy, impersonation or other safety concerns, describe the issue and provide the relevant link; do not label a non-copyright issue as a DMCA claim. Misrepresentations in legal notices can have legal consequences.
