Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains how Free AI Video handles information when you browse, use a free guest try, sign in, generate a video or buy credits. A guest try does not require an account, but it still involves technical information and a browser identifier.
Information we handle
- Account and support information: your email, account and session identifiers, verification status, and messages you send us. Google sign-in may also provide your name, profile image and provider account information.
- Creation information: your prompts, reference photos, generation settings, job status, generated files and credit usage. Signed-in users may receive a completion email containing a result link.
- Purchase information: order and payment references, product, amount, currency, payment status, refunds and credit ledger records. Card details are entered through Stripe Checkout; this application does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Technical information: IP address, browser information, timestamps, request or error details, a signed guest identifier, quota counters and referral or campaign information. This supports account security, daily limits, fraud prevention and understanding where visits come from.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, render and deliver videos, maintain balances, process purchases and refunds, send sign-in codes and service notifications, answer support requests, enforce limits and investigate misuse. Referral information may be linked to an account when it is created. We do not sell your personal information or use your uploaded photos for targeted advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file storage, plus security or email services where enabled. Stripe processes payments. Google provides Analytics 4 usage measurement as well as sign-in and One Tap where configured. Sign-in and completion emails use Resend or the configured Cloudflare email service. Our video API provider, Yir, and the underlying model provider process the prompt and any reference image needed to render your video. Anti-bot checks may use Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA where configured.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours and apply their own policies. We do not promise that an upstream provider deletes every copy immediately or excludes all model-training uses. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the processing described here. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with legal obligations, address abuse or protect rights.
Provider privacy information: Cloudflare · Stripe · Google · Resend
Who can access a file link
Uploaded reference images and completed videos use file links with random identifiers. Anyone who has a file link may be able to view or download it without signing in. Links may also be shared with providers to complete a render. Keep links confidential and avoid uploading identity documents, private financial information or other sensitive material. Public examples displayed on our homepage are separate from your own job history.
Storage and retention
We retain account, job and file information to provide the service, support re-downloads, handle support and prevent abuse. Files may be removed during maintenance or storage management; the service is not a permanent backup. Payment, credit and dispute records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. There is no universal automatic deletion period for all data categories.
File responses can be cached by browsers and delivery networks. Removing a stored file cannot recall copies that another person has already downloaded or retained. Download any work you want to keep.
Cookies and browser storage
First-party cookies support sign-in, guest identification, language preferences where available, and referral attribution. The generator keeps your draft prompt, model, aspect ratio and reference paths in browser session storage so they can survive a reload or sign-in. Blocking cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, draft restoration or free-trial checks from working.
Third-party sign-in, anti-bot and payment components may process browser or device signals and use their own storage under their policies. Basic referral attribution is not the same as an advertising profile. We do not describe all guest or technical data as anonymous.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. It can receive page views, page addresses and referring pages, browser and device information, and interaction measurements enabled in the Analytics configuration. It may use first-party cookies and browser identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. This information is processed by Google under its policies and the configured Analytics settings; we do not describe it as fully anonymous or promise a fixed retention period here.
Our analytics code does not attach prompt text, uploaded photos or generated video files to Google Analytics events. Avoid placing personal information in page addresses. Browser cookie settings and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, where supported, provide additional controls over Analytics measurement; these controls do not delete the separate account or creation records described above.

Your choices and requests
You can use an available guest try without registering and choose whether to upload a reference photo. To request access, correction or deletion of account or creation data, contact us using the address below and identify the account and relevant job or file link. We may need to verify your control of the account before acting. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days and explain any records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute reasons.
Children and policy changes
The service is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires that minimum. Do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
