These terms cover your use of Free AI Video, an AI video generator. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

This site renders short AI videos from your text prompt and, optionally, a reference photo, using third-party AI models. The output is for your personal use unless you hold the rights needed for anything broader. The free tier is one video per device per day; credit packs buy more.

Your content

Only upload images you have the rights to. Don't upload images of minors, real people in misleading situations, or anything illegal; don't present generated videos as authentic footage of real events. The model may refuse a prompt; a refusal that produces nothing refunds your credits. You keep the rights to your uploads and own the outputs to the extent the model provider's terms grant them.

Credits and payments

Credits are bought in packs and spent per generation; the price of each job is shown before you press generate. Failed generations refund credits automatically — see the refund policy at /refunds. Credits never expire unless stated at purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

No warranty

AI output is provided as-is: it may be imperfect, odd, or not what you pictured. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent the law allows and cap our liability at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We may change the models, limits, or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
